Return Terms and Conditions
1. Return Period:
Customers have a 14-day return window, counting calendar days and not limited to business days, starting from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return request.
2. Condition of the Item:
The item must be returned in the same original new condition that allows it to be resold as new. This means it should be unopened and unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items returned damaged due to mishandling or inappropriate use may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a damaged item. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fee and Return Costs:
In the event of order non-acceptance, cancellation, or change of mind, or if the product is disliked, a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the net value of the goods will be applied. Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled due to our daily order processing system, which aims to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If the customer cancels or refuses the order, the 30% restocking fee is necessary to compensate for the time and financial resources invested in the initial processing of the order. Additionally, if the customer wishes to return the product due to a change of mind or disliked, the same 30% restocking fee will apply, along with the responsibility to cover associated return shipping costs. These measures are implemented to account for operational and logistical expenses, including the return of items to our warehouse, incurred as a result of order cancellation or refusal. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
5. Return Process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within the 14-day return period to request a return authorization.
- We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item.
- Pack the item securely, ensuring it meets the condition requirements mentioned above.
- Ship the item to our designated return address as provided.
6. Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection to ensure it meets the specified conditions. We will then process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
7. Exceptions:
Some items may not be eligible for return. This may include personalized items, perishable products, or items under special promotions. Furthermore, if you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it and indicate the incident on the delivery receipt. Inform us within a maximum of 48 hours with photos of the damage so that we can assist you appropriately.
